Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative (440 Required) to support our personal lines clients with exceptional service and professionalism. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, processing policy changes, reviewing documents for accuracy, and supporting all aspects of the client service experience. You will work across all personal lines of business, ensuring that our clients are well-informed, fully supported, and confident in their insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with assigned clients.
- Service all types of personal lines insurance accounts as assigned
- Prepare and submit applications for new and renewal business quotes
- Review insurance applications, policies, and related documents for accuracy
- Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other policy changes
- Order loss runs and other reports as required for underwriting or servicing
- Invoice agency-billed premium transactions and follow up on payments
- Prepare and issue ID cards, evidence of property insurance, and certificates of liability as needed
- Forward policies, endorsements, and related documentation to insured clients in a timely
- manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
- Monitor and complete suspense items in a timely and efficient manner

Required Qualifications
- Active 2-20 Florida Insurance License
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Experience using Nexsure agency management system required
- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
- Experience with additional industry systems is a plus

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, educate customers on insurance products, and serve as a key ambassador of our agency's values.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with personal lines clients
- Provide insurance quotes and bind policies across all lines (home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, workers comp, bonds, etc.)
- Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintain client files
- Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service in person, by phone, or via email
- Work daily on the Nexsure agency management system to manage client accounts and workflows
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to support client needs
